   YOU SEE IT. YOU HEAR IT. AT THE SAME TIME.

   A native speaker reads the story aloud while the text sits on the page in front of you. You are not deciphering a wall of foreign words alone — sound and text move together, sentence by sentence.

   YOU ALREADY KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS.

   Cognates do the heavy lifting. Cientifica → scientist. Laboratorio → laboratory. Investigar → investigate. Misterio → mystery. You are not starting from zero. You are starting from eighty percent.
